Paying it Forward

Saturday, June 14th, 2008

Due to the generosity of community members and their donations for the two community rummage sales that were held, the Good Stuff Committee was able to “Pay it Forward” to several other organizations. In addition to the money that was raised to help families and individuals in need, the leftover items were donated as follows: household items, books, etc. donated to Goodwill in Mitchell; women’s and kids’ clothing, games, toys, books, and bedding donated to the Mitchell Area Safehouse; 2 pair of crutches went to people doing physical therapy who have a need for them; and soccer-related items are being donated to the school’s soccer program. Thanks everyone!
